NotesMultitester for Radios, covers 0-15 MHz and 85-100 MHz, AM/FM signal generator,
oscilloscope, audio oscillator in one tool. The signal generator-output, with a maximum of abt.50 mW,
is generated by mixing two oscillator signals. The first oscillator is a VFO, covering 3 bands:
65-70 MHz, 70-75 MHz, 75-80 MHz. The second oscillator is a harmonic 5 MHz crystal-oscillator.
The 13th crystal-harmonic is used to cover the low bands: VFO minus 65 MHZ are mixed to 0-15 MHz.
The 4th crystal harmonic is used to cover the high bands: VFO plus 20 MHZ are mixed to 85-100 MHZ.
The dial-scale is fully linear.
